How long will my order take?

I’m not happy with my product, what should I do?

We are so sorry to hear this. We are always eager for feedback and would want to know what disappointed you. At the moment, we do not issue refunds or returns once order has been shipped. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE

I have received a damaged product. What do I do ?

Please do not worry. Customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video (with EXIF data). The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and include opening of the package. The customer would be required to share the full video with us for any claim. Drop us a mail at shop.aanchallodhi@gmaill.com with video of the damaged product within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money, depending on the situation. 

My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What do I do ?

​Please drop us a mail at shop.aanchallodhi@gmaill.com within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service.

How can i cancel my order ?

  • In case you change your mind and want to cancel the product,  write an email (with order details) to shop.aanchallodhi@gmail.com requesting for a cancellation. We will deduct the transaction charges (2%) incurred on the order value and issue you the refund. Please note that cancellation is only possible if the product hasn't been shipped from us. 

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

 

When can I cancel my order ?

​Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.  No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed.
